14-Day Program in Thailand: 26 Oct - 8 Nov
In collaboration with Todd Peyton, we're happy to offer this special 14-Day Ancient Greek Detoxification and Kundalini Yoga Program in Thailand.
Purification of the mind body and soul through a Greek detoxification process that is 14 days long, starts at the full moon and includes a herbal protocol built to ancient formulas: a parasite cleanse, three days of supervised fasting, a staged rebuild, and during the 14 days together. We combine this with a Kundalini yoga program that will clear the energetic pathways, regulate the nervous system, ground the body and emotions and increase the flexibility and space in the body. Then with dream analysis and the ancient Greek esoteric teachings that brings it all together.

METHOD: Ancient Holistic Healing in the Modern World
The Asclepius of Epidaurus is one of the most sacred institutions of ancient Greece. Founded in the early 4th century BCE and dedicated to holistic healing, it remains in continuous operation for over 1,000 years. Diet, exercise, plant medicine, sacred drama, psychotherapy, natural philosophy, dream work, meditation, and spiritual transformation are all integrated into a unified therapeutic landscape.
Our goal is to restore the wisdom of these ancient healing practices into the modern world. Healing is not a simple, linear set of interventions designed to ‘cure a disease’, but a complex and organic process of harmonizing physical, emotional, intellectual, energetic, and spiritual aspects of being human.
The backbone of our program is an herbal detoxification using formulas directly derived from ancient Asclepian sources. We then supplement the detoxification process with psychotherapy; creative self-expression exercises such as journaling and art; dream analysis; embodied energy and breath work from both Greek and Vedic yoga traditions; guided meditation; and other treatment modalities such as massage, acupuncture, and water therapy.
All of these practices are integrated within a single purpose – to create an environment wherein deep and fundamental transformation may take root. Just as in the past, our current intention is to restore the relationship between soul and spirit to harmonize and balance our relationships to ourselves, to others, to our environments, and to the unseen forces that shape our destiny.
